FJC-Series Jet-Flotation Cells
The FJC-Series Jet-Flotation Cell, one of the core products
developed and patented by GTC, is the third generation of
Jet-Flotation Cell specifically designed for coal’s flotation.
Being different from conventional mechanical-agitation type
flotation cells, this has the following characteristics:
a)
Generation of micro-bubbles that are selective for fine coal
b)
High mineralization rate due to the vertical cross-flow of coal
slurry and air bubbles, which enhances the collision and attachment
probability of coal particles onto air bubble surfaces
c)
Long service life (> 8 years maintenance-free ) because of no
high-strength mechanical agitation and use of wear-resistant
materials for its wearing parts (e.g. Jet-Spay Nozzle and Throat
Tube)
d)
Reduction of chemical reagent consumption because of improved
chemical dispersion by use of specially designed Spray-Cascading
Pulp Conditioner (patented)

There are two series and 15 models of the Jet-Flotation Cells with
the capacity ranging from 3~30 TPH.
